Good morning, SEA!
Today after school is our monthly building rep meeting in the PLC from 3:30-5:00 PM. All SEA members are invited to attend. We will have a special presentation by one of our current student teachers in the district, Stephanie Chavez (Frost), who also serves as a NEA Director at Large for Aspiring Educators. She will be talking about the Paid Student Teaching bill. Superintendent DuRoss will also visit out meeting and answer any questions you might have about next year’s staffing plan. Immediately following our meeting is our Region 35 Council Meeting from 5-6:30 PM. You are welcome to join us to find out more about the work we do as a Region 35 Council.

The next IEA Walk-in is scheduled for next Monday, March 2nd. Please remember to wear your red SEA/SEEO Solidarity shirts and join together outside before school. We had a great turnout last month and are hoping for even more solidarity on March 2nd!
